believe this situation may incorrectly lead a novice user think that

Hmm. I don't know if SC will be able to change his subdomain just for
one page. I agree with you that the web section shouldn't be called
"linux", but "free software", so if Jordi Mas doesn't suggest
something
else, we can make a copy of the translation on the GNU Catalan team
