[GNU TP: ca]Catalan translation of GNU GPL

Hi all! I'm writing this to you for there is a Catalan translation of the GNU GPL available at [1]. This translation was made by SoftCatalà [2] and sent to you some time ago, but somehow it is still not accessible from www.gnu.org. I think SoftCatalà and the GNU Catalan Translation Team [3] would be happy to see this translation linked from gnu.org. It would also avoid someone (like me ;) trying to repeat again the translation.
